1. Returns

To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Software, gift cards, or downloadable products.
- Products with broken seals (for hygiene or warranty reasons, e.g., earphones).
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment or as store credit.
4. Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by Supreme Support Service if the fault is ours (wrong or defective item).
- Otherwise, the customer will bear the shipping fee for the return.
